Pursuant to the provisions of Article Ill, Section 2(d) of the May 20, 1993 and November 1, 1993 UTU Crew Consist Agreements and Section 2(d) of the April 4, 1994 BLE Guaranteed Extra Board Agreement the following is a listing of TY&E Constructive Payments noting how they should he handled in the GEB system. Those codes noted “No” are to be included in the earnings used to offset extra board guarantees; those noted “Yes” are to be paid in addition to the guarantee, and those noted “Yes*” are to he paid in addition to the guarantee however the guarantees will be prorated or reduced for each 24 hour period or portion thereof account unavailability. |

off the board one day (subject
to be prorated at 1/15th of the guarantee) personal leave which is attached to this

engineer was also paid $2286.40 in guarantee money for protecting 14 of
the 15 day pay period,

After the adjustments have been made, we see that in the end, this engineer has the consequents of a $3.55 lose because of the prorated personal leave day that was taken.
